About.

Birch Street Excavating and Septic Service Inc. was bought by the current owners, Doug and Cyndi Belanger, in 1993. Both owners are from the Cornucopia/Bayfield area. The company has grown from one septic truck to three. For over 25 years, customer service has always been their main priority and it will continue that way. Doug and Cyndi have built a strong rapport with all of their customers. Birch Streets customers have high expectations and are always highly satisfied with the work that is completed. In 2018 the owners daughter and son-in-law, Brandon and Rachel, moved back to the area and hope to one day take ownership. Since then, Birch Street has doubled the amount of customers being serviced. We are proud to say that our customers trust us and know that we are there for any of their septic or excavating needs. We pride ourselves in making sure that every job we leave has been done to the best of our ability.

Our Goal.

Our goal is to make sure that we leave each of our jobs knowing that our customers are going to be highly satisfied with our performance. We also want our customers to be fully educated on the importance of having their systems taken care of and understand why we do what we do. If our customers are knowledgeable, they are going to in return have longer lasting systems.

Our Team.
